- Intelligent control: The frequency conversion system precisely controls motor and fan speeds for stable air supply and maximum energy savings.
- Efficient oil separation: Equipped with a large-capacity oil separator for clean compressed air, minimizing downstream treatment costs.
- Stable & durable: High-quality bearings and a low-load design ensure long-term stable operation—service life exceeds 100,000 hours.
Working Principle
This compressor uses twin-screw compression, where the sun and yin rotors intermesh to form sealed volumes. As the rotors turn, air is compressed to the required pressure. Multi-point oil injection provides cooling, lubrication, and sealing, enhancing compression efficiency and reducing wear.
- Frequency conversion motor drive: The main motor’s speed is dynamically adjusted based on air demand, avoiding no-load operation and boosting efficiency.
- Frequency conversion fan control: Cooling fan speed is intelligently regulated based on temperature, reducing both energy use and noise.
Compared to traditional fixed-speed compressors, this system reduces current surges, start-up energy consumption, and unnecessary power loss—especially under partial load.
