Main Features
- Permanent magnet frequency conversion drive system: Driven by a permanent magnet motor and frequency conversion control technology, enabling precise speed adjustment for high efficiency and stable performance in all load conditions.
- High efficiency and energy saving: Adjusts power automatically according to load, optimizing energy use while delivering adjustable pumping speed and power.
- Low noise operation: Advanced oil-free screw design and precise sealing technology ensure quiet, smooth performance—ideal for noise-sensitive environments.
- Intelligent control: Supports smart parameter adjustment and real-time monitoring for stable, efficient operation and early warning of anomalies.
- Easy maintenance: Simple structure, long maintenance intervals (typically every 3,000 hours), and easy access to replace wear parts and lubricating oil.
- Compact design: Space-saving, efficient operation even in limited spaces.
Working Principle
The pump uses screw rotor compression technology. A permanent magnet motor drives the screw rotor, creating a sealed chamber that compresses and discharges air through the exhaust port, forming a vacuum. The frequency converter automatically adjusts motor speed and output power based on load, maintaining stable pumping speed and pressure for continuous high performance while reducing energy consumption.
