horizontal vibrating screen for coal and other industries
Horizontal vibrating screen is a kind of screening equipment designed for high-load, high-intensity industrial applications, suitable for metallurgy, coal, mining and other industries in the fine classification of materials, dewatering and de-mediation processing.
Description
Compared with the inclined screen machine, horizontal screen has more stable material movement trajectory and higher screening control accuracy, widely used in wet screening and dry screening system.
Structure and characteristics of horizontal vibrating screen:
- Large excitation force box-type exciter: equipped with advanced box-type excitation device, the excitation force is strong, to ensure that the material is fully dispersed and permeable to the screen; the internal bearing adopts imported SKF or FAG high-precision products, to improve the operational stability and service life.

The working principle of horizontal vibrating screen:
Horizontal vibrating screen produces synchronous reverse rotary motion through the exciter arranged on both sides of the screen body, forming vibration wave along the direction of the screen surface, so that the material on the screen surface is a straight line jumping forward. After feeding, large particles remain on the screen and are transported to the end to be discharged, while fine particles pass through the screen holes to complete the classification. The screen surface is generally kept close to the horizontal (inclination angle 0 degrees to 5 degrees), in order to extend the material in the screen surface residence time, so as to enhance the effect of dewatering and desliming.
Horizontal vibrating screen application fields:
- Coal industry: used in raw coal dewatering, gangue screening, coal slurry separation and other key links, suitable for coal washing plant tailing coal dewatering system.
- Metallurgical industry: particle size classification after ore crushing, or in wet concentrate recovery to achieve effective dehydration.
