Chain oiling methods and precautions

5. Avoid using improper oil Machine oil and other mechanical oils: Although these oils have good lubrication, they are easy to be thrown out and will be stained with dust, so it is recommended not to use them. Radiation grease: lack of penetration performance, can not effectively lubricate the chain, and easy to stain the dust.
6. Maintenance Precautions Check the running status: Before using the chain, check whether it is running normally and whether the tightness is suitable. Close the chain gate before starting: Make sure to close the chain gate before starting to avoid risks. The chain brake should be loosened before working to avoid damaging the bearings. Avoid friction: Make sure that the chain does not rub against the ground or other objects when rotating. Timely oiling and antirust treatment: the chain should be oiled regularly and coated with antirust paint, and should be replaced in time if it is rusty to enhance the working efficiency.
