The working principle of banana vibrating screen:

Based on the principle of “equal thickness screening”, its core idea is to make the material on the screen surface in an approximate equal thickness distribution state through the multi-section inclined screen surface. This structure can effectively slow down the material clogging and pressure accumulation, and improve the grading efficiency.

When the motor is started, the exciter drives the whole screen box to produce compound elliptical vibration, and the material on the inclined screen surface is affected by the excitation force to produce continuous jumping forward. On different inclined passages, the speed and acceleration of the material will change accordingly, from fast conveying to slow staying, so as to complete the efficient screening process. The reverse elliptical trajectory at the end helps the fine-grained materials to penetrate the screen, improving the purity and uniformity of the product.
