The Working Principle of Base Plate Air Compressor

Based on piston mechanism, during the working process, the motor drives the crankshaft to rotate and drive the piston to reciprocate in the cylinder. When the piston moves downward, negative pressure is formed inside the cylinder and outside air enters the cylinder through the inlet valve. As the piston compresses upward, the air volume shrinks and the pressure increases. When the pressure reaches the set value, the exhaust valve opens, and the high-pressure air is transported to the storage tank or pneumatic equipment.
If the screw type structure is adopted, the air is gradually compressed by two screws meshing with each other during the rotation process to increase the output air pressure while maintaining a continuous and smooth air supply capacity.
