The Working Principle of Belt Driven Air Compressor

Based on mechanical compressed air principle. The motor drives the main body of the compressor through the belt, so that the crankshaft rotates to drive the piston or screw movement, which sucks the air into the cylinder for compression and stores the high-pressure air into the storage tank.

  1. Intake process: The piston moves downward, the pressure inside the cylinder decreases, and the outside air enters the cylinder through the air filter silencer.

  3. Storage and air supply: The compressed air is transported to the air storage tank and delivered to the terminal equipment through the pipeline.
