Core Drilling Rig
The core drilling rig is mainly suitable for diamond and carbide drilling in solid mineral deposits, and can also be used for engineering geology and groundwater exploration, shallow petroleum and natural gas extraction, as well as drilling holes for mine tunnel ventilation and drainage. It features a simple and compact structure, reasonable layout, lightweight design, easy disassembly, and a reasonable range of rotational speeds.
Technical Features of Core Drilling Rig
- The rig offers multiple speed levels (8 gears) and a reasonable range of rotational speeds, with high torque at low speeds. Therefore, it is highly adaptable to various processes and has a wide range of applications. It is suitable for small-diameter diamond core drilling, large-diameter carbide core drilling, and certain engineering boreholes.
- The rig is lightweight and highly detachable, able to be broken down into nine components for easy transport, making it ideal for operations in mountainous areas.
- The structure is simple and layout is reasonable, making maintenance and repairs easy.
- The rig has two reverse rotation speeds, which facilitates accident handling.
- The rig has a low center of gravity, is firmly fixed, moves smoothly, and maintains stability during high-speed drilling.
- It is equipped with complete instrumentation, making it convenient to observe various drilling parameters.
- The control handles are centralized, making operation convenient, simple, and flexible.
- The mud pump is independently driven, allowing for flexible power configuration and site layout.
- According to user requirements, a circular chuck can be configured to directly clamp rope drill rods for drilling, eliminating the need for a drive drill rod.
