With outstanding performance and adaptability, this deep well screw air compressor ensures stable air support for efficient and reliable operations. Its robust design is engineered for harsh environments, offering powerful output and exceptional stability for demanding applications.
Introduction of the Deep Well Screw Air Compressor
This advanced deep well screw air compressor is designed for pressures up to 40 bar, making it ideal for deep wells and high-pressure operations. It employs two-stage screw compression technology to enhance compression efficiency and reduce energy consumption. Powered by high-quality diesel engines from renowned brands like Yuchai and Cummins, it offers strong power output, excellent fuel economy, and a long service life. Heavy-duty construction and high-performance SKF bearings ensure long-term, reliable operation under continuous high loads.
The compressor features a double working condition switching design, enabling users to easily select between 33 m³/min at 25 bar and 26 m³/min at 35 bar, adapting flexibly to varying operational requirements on-site.
Main Features
-
High-efficiency two-stage compression design: The two-stage system compresses gas in two steps, lowering energy use and improving exhaust pressure stability. Each stage is precisely engineered for minimal energy waste.
-
Flexible double working condition switching: Users can switch between 33 m³/min, 25 bar and 26 m³/min, 35 bar modes for greater operational flexibility and efficiency in changing environments.
-
Low temperature start-up system: Equipped with a fuel heater and water pump, the system steadily raises coolant, fuel, and oil temperature to ensure smooth startup in cold or high-altitude conditions.
-
After-cooler with air-water separator: Advanced aftercooler and separator keep compressed air temperature within 15°C of ambient, meeting strict requirements for pressurizers and other temperature-sensitive equipment, and ensuring stable system operation.
-
Remote monitoring and positioning: Features remote start-stop, monitoring, and positioning for real-time status updates, remote operation, and fault diagnosis—improving manageability and operational efficiency.
Working Principle
This compressor uses screw compression. Two intermeshing screw rotors draw in and compress air as they rotate, with each chamber narrowing to pressurize the air. The two-stage system first compresses the air, cools it, and then compresses it again to reach the set high pressure, ensuring efficiency and stability even under heavy load.
Application Areas
-
Mining: Supplies high-pressure compressed air for pneumatic and drilling equipment in deep well mining, ensuring continuous air for drilling and ventilation.
-
Oil drilling: Provides stable air for mud circulation, downhole operations, and various drilling support tasks.
-
Geothermal development: Delivers reliable air for geothermal drilling and air lifting systems during exploration and resource development.
-
Water well and deep well operation: Essential for water well drilling and deep underground exploration, offering continuous, efficient air supply for demanding projects.
