The working principle of double inlet and double outlet ball mill:

- Mainly consists of two symmetrical grinding circuits. Raw coal first enters the drop pipe through the coal feeder and enters the cylinder of the coal mill under the effect of gravity. The cylinder is equipped with a large number of steel balls, through the rotation of the steel balls to crush the raw coal into coal powder. Primary air enters from the hollow pipes on both sides of the coal mill, drying the coal dust and raw coal by wind power and sending the made coal dust through the ring channel of the winch cage into the separator above, after screening, the unqualified coal dust will return to be regrinded, and the qualified coal dust will be sent to the burner of the boiler for combustion.
- Part of the primary air will enter into the mixing box to pre-dry the raw coal, and then enter into the separator of the coal mill to complete the drying and conveying of coal powder together with other air flow.
