electromagnetic vibrating feeder with stepless speed control
Electromagnetic vibrating feeder is a kind of high-efficiency, high degree of automation of continuous conveying equipment, designed to realize the material in the crushing, screening, measuring and other processes in the uniform, quantitative feeding and design.
Description
Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder Overview
The core feature of the electromagnetic vibrating feeder is its electromagnetic drive system, which enables precise regulation of material flow. It is especially suitable for production lines that require automatic material flow control. Widely used as a supporting device for crushing, conveying, and measuring systems, it effectively solves issues such as uneven feeding, clogging, and manual skipping of materials.
Main Features of Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder
- Compact structure: small footprint, suitable for production sites with limited space.
- Feeding precision: amplitude and frequency are adjustable, ensuring uniform and controllable feeding.
- High automation: easily linked with other automatic equipment to improve overall system efficiency.
- Smooth operation: quick start and stop, smooth vibration, and low noise.
- Adaptable: can handle different particle sizes and specific gravity of bulk materials.
Advantages of Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder
- Electromagnetic drive: uses an electromagnetic vibrator as the excitation source, with no mechanical transmission components, resulting in low failure rate and low maintenance costs.
- Low energy consumption: significantly reduces energy use compared to traditional mechanical feeders.
- Flexible adjustment: feeding quantity can be steplessly adjusted via the electric control box for precise control.
- Wide range of application: suitable for block, granular, powder, and other materials.
- Safety and environmental protection: no dust flying during operation, ideal for industries with high environmental requirements.
Working Principle of Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder
The core lies in its electromagnetic excitation principle. When energized, the rectifier circuit in the control box converts AC to DC pulse current. This pulse current excites the electromagnet, producing periodic magnetic force that causes the armature and spring system inside the device to vibrate periodically. Materials are continuously thrown forward in this high-frequency, small-amplitude motion, forming a smooth material flow and achieving accurate feeding.
The vibration frequency is usually over 3000 times per minute, and the amplitude can be adjusted according to the material’s nature and feeding requirements.
Application Areas of Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder
- Metallurgical industry: feeding materials before primary crushing of iron ore, manganese ore, nickel ore, etc.
- Coal industry: conveying raw coal, coal powder, and other bulk materials.
- Chemical industry: conveying chemical raw materials, granules, catalysts, etc.
- Building materials industry: continuous feeding of limestone, cement, gypsum, and other materials.
- Machinery manufacturing: used with automatic weighing and packaging equipment.
- Light industry and food industry: suitable for precise feeding of granular materials, such as grains and sugar (stainless steel liner required).
