Description
Elliptical vibrating screen is different from the classic synchronous gear transmission structure. The modern elliptical vibrating screen adopts two independent exciters to realize self-synchronous operation, which is not only simple in structure, but also greatly reduces the complexity of maintenance. It is suitable for the treatment of medium and fine grains, humid, viscous and other difficult-to-screen materials.
Features of elliptical vibrating screen:

Working principle of elliptical vibrating screen:
The elliptical vibrating screen uses two exciters placed at the bottom of the screen body, staggered front and back. These exciters, equipped with unbalanced eccentric blocks, generate eccentric force, forming an elliptical synthetic vibration track.
During operation:
- The exciter produces a periodic elliptical trajectory to promote the movement of materials.
- The material on the screen surface is constantly thrown up, down, and rolling, moving forward under elliptical force.
- Fine-grained materials quickly pass through the sieve holes, while larger particles continue to be transported forward, achieving classification screening.
- The direction, frequency, and amplitude of the elliptical movement can be adjusted by the installation angle of the shaker and electric control system, to meet different screening requirements. Compared with single linear or circular motion, elliptical motion is more suitable for wet, complex materials that are prone to screen blockage.
