Flip flow vibrating screen breaks through the traditional vibrating screen screen surface static structure limitations, through the combination of dynamic screen surface and ultra-high vibration intensity, to achieve more thorough loosening and classification of materials.

The working principle of flip flow vibrating screen:
Flip flow vibrating screen consists of two vibration systems: one is the fixed main screen frame, standard circular trajectory vibration; the second is the floating screen frame installed on top of the main screen frame, for the elliptical trajectory movement in the direction of the long axis. During the vibration process, the screen mesh produces periodic tension and relaxation changes, while the screen holes will undergo a slight deformation, so that the particles attached to the screen mesh are automatically peeled off, to achieve the effect of continuous self-cleaning.
This structure allows the formation of more adequate impact and friction between the screen surface and the material, effectively loosening the agglomerated material and improving the efficiency of screening. The vibration parameters (such as frequency and amplitude) can be finely adjusted according to the needs of different working conditions, thus adapting to a variety of screening scenarios.
