Fluidized Bed Jet Mill Overview
Fluidized bed jet mill does not rely on the traditional mechanical impact, but with the high-speed jet in the crushing chamber to form a turbulent field, so that the particles hit each other to complete the crushing, so it is suitable for high purity, heat-sensitive materials precision processing.
Fluidized bed jet mill combines the fluidized bed air crushing technology and built-in self-splitting grading technology to achieve simultaneous crushing and grading, the finished product size distribution is more concentrated, higher efficiency. The whole machine adopts negative pressure closed loop system, environmental protection and safety, for flammable and explosive materials can also be configured with inert gas closed loop system.

Working Principle of Fluidized Bed Air Flow Mill
When the equipment works, the material enters the crushing chamber through the spiral feeding system, and high-speed compressed air or inert gas is sprayed out from several specially designed nozzles to form a supersonic jet, so that the material forms a fluidized state in the crushing chamber. Particles in the high-speed airflow in a strong collision, self-abrasion, quickly broken into fine powder.
The crushed particles rise with the airflow and enter the grading area. The rotating grading impeller dynamically separates the particles according to the difference between particle size and gravity: coarse particles are thrown back to the crushing area to continue crushing, and qualified micro-powder enters the collection system through the grading wheel. The exhaust gas is purified by the dust removal system and then discharged or recycled.
