gasoline telecom generator with separate excitation system

This gasoline generator designed for communication base stations, not only in the performance of the targeted optimization, but also through the advanced electromagnetic design and engine configuration, to ensure its stability and reliability in the special load environment.

Description

Communication base stations are key facilities in modern communication networks, and they require a stable and reliable power supply to ensure uninterrupted communication services. Especially in some remote areas or where there is no fixed grid power supply, gasoline generators are usually used to provide power for communication base stations. However, as the rectifier modules of communication base stations are non-linear loads, ordinary generators are prone to encounter a series of problems when providing power, including unstable frequency, excessive voltage, mechanical resonance and other phenomena, thus affecting the normal operation and lifespan of the equipment.
We have introduced a gasoline generator optimized and designed specifically for communication base stations. This generator has high efficiency, stable and reliable power output, which can meet the power requirements of telecommunication base stations and greatly improve the service life and safety of the generator.

Features of Gasoline Telecom Generator

  • Optimized design for non-linear loads:

    • Adopt independent excitation system, optimize the power output of the generator, improve the nonlinear load characteristics of the unit, and effectively reduce the high harmonic reflection phenomenon.
    • Adopting brushless structure and overall steel shell design to reduce waveform distortion, enhance the unit’s ability to carry unbalanced loads and improve the reliability of the unit.
  • Damping motor design:

    • Adopting damping motor design, increasing rotor damping strip and stator sloping groove, reducing electromagnetic interference, improving waveform and reducing waveform distortion rate.
    • It improves the generator’s ability to carry unbalanced loads, avoids the off-phase work of the generator set, and ensures the stable output of the generator.
  • Strong power:

    • Equipped with a two-cylinder four-stroke engine, strong power, low emissions, sufficient horsepower to ensure long-term operational stability.
    • Equipped with imported engines (such as Kohler, Honda, Paragon), high performance guarantee, adapt to long time, high load work.
  • Large-capacity fuel tank:

    • Equipped with large-capacity metal fuel tank, reducing the trouble of frequent refueling, ensuring that the generator can run continuously for a longer period of time, improving work efficiency and reducing the cost of manual refueling.
  • Open frame design:

    • Adopt thicker type frame design, easy to carry and use in the field. Standard with 4 mobile wheels, easy to push, make the generator more convenient and flexible.
  • Unattended automatic switching device:

    • Can be equipped with automatic switching device, no need for manual operation, to protect the communication base station 24 hours continuous operation, automatic response to changes in power demand.

Working Principle of Gasoline Telecom Generator

This gasoline generator adopts a two-cylinder four-stroke engine, which generates power by burning gasoline to drive the generator to rotate when working. The electromagnetic coil inside the generator generates alternating current (AC), which is then converted to direct current (DC) through a rectifier module to supply the power needed by the telecom base station. In order to cope with the problem of non-linear loads in the base station equipment, the generator adopts an optimized excitation system and brushless structure, which reduces the influence of high harmonics and maintains a stable voltage output.
The damped motor design of the generator makes it possible to effectively control the electromagnetic interference between the rotor and the stator, which in turn improves the power waveform, avoids waveform distortion, and reduces the interference to the communication base station equipment. The design effectively avoids equipment damage and system downtime caused by waveform problems and improves the overall reliability and stability of the generator.

Application Areas of Gasoline Telecom Generator

  • Communication base station: This generator is widely used in wireless communication base stations, especially some remote or no grid power communication sites. It provides stable power for the communication equipment and guarantees the normal operation of the communication network.
  • Field operation and emergency power supply: Due to its design for easy transportation and installation, this generator is also suitable for field operation and power supply in temporary places, such as field construction, power emergency rescue and other fields.
  • Power supply in remote areas: In remote areas without a stable power grid, the generator is widely used as an independent power source to ensure unobstructed communications in the region.
  • Unattended equipment: Generators equipped with automatic switching devices are very suitable for places that require long-term stable operation, especially in unattended environments, can realize automatic monitoring and switching to ensure continuous power supply to the base station.
