Working Principle of Grid Ball Mill
The grid ball mill operates on a mechanical grinding principle. The motor drives the cylinder through a reducer and overpass device, causing the cylinder to rotate. During rotation, the grinding body adheres to the liner plate on the inner wall of the cylinder due to centrifugal force and rotates with the cylinder. When the grinding body reaches a certain height, gravity and centrifugal force cause it to fall, crushing the material inside the cylinder. In addition to rising and falling, the grinding body also slides and rolls, creating strong friction and collision with the liner and materials, resulting in fine grinding. The height difference between the feed end and discharge end causes the material to flow slowly from feed to discharge, completing the grinding process.
