Working principle of gypsum ball mill:

Gypsum ball mill adopts a horizontal rotary cylinder. The motor, through the reducer, drives the large gear to rotate the cylinder at a uniform speed. Gypsum raw material enters the cylinder via a feeding screw device, and the cylinder contains steel balls of reasonable grading. As the cylinder rotates, the steel balls are lifted to a certain height before falling, generating strong impact and grinding force to crush the gypsum particles into fine powder. As grinding continues, the refined gypsum powder moves toward the discharging end and is released through the discharging grate plate. If equipped with a hot air system, drying is completed synchronously, ensuring the finished product moisture is controlled within a reasonable range.
