Heavy Duty Vibrating Grizzly Feeder Overview
Heavy duty vibrating grizzly feeders are mainly used to convey large size materials (e.g. large stones, ores, etc.) to primary crushers (such as jaw crusher, impact crusher, hammer crusher, etc.) in a uniform and continuous manner. Its excellent structural design, powerful processing capacity, and flexible adjustable performance enable it to meet production requirements even under severe working conditions.
Features of Heavy Duty Vibrating Grizzly Feeder
- High processing capacity: maximum capacity up to 1500 tons per hour, adapting to large-scale stone and ore conveying needs.
- Strong bearing and impact resistance: designed for heavy-duty conditions, with reinforced trough body, bearings, and key components to withstand large material impact and pressure.
- Low profile design, less space occupied: low equipment height reduces space occupation, easy to install and arrange, especially suitable for space-limited factories or mines.
- Universal joint drive system: enables precise control of working frequency, supporting a wide range of adjustment to adapt to different material conveying needs.
- Flexible bar adjustment: bar spacing adjustable from 80mm to 200mm, meeting requirements for conveying and screening materials of different particle sizes.
- Optional second layer screen: can be equipped with a lower layer screen to accurately screen out fine materials, soil, and impurities, improving material separation precision.
Advantages of Heavy Duty Vibrating Grizzly Feeder
- High efficiency and stability: strong anti-impact design ensures stable operation under high load, reducing equipment damage from large material impact.
- Space-saving: compact, low-height structure makes its footprint small, suitable for various arrangements, especially in limited spaces.
- Easy maintenance: isolated oil lubrication system for gears and bearings reduces frequency of maintenance and lowers operating costs.
- Energy saving and environmental protection: universal joint drive enables smooth speed regulation and accurate feeding, reducing energy consumption.
Working Principle of Heavy Duty Vibrating Grizzly Feeder
The feeder operates based on a combination of vibration and elastic deformation. Power is transmitted by the motor through the universal joint drive system, activating the excitation mechanism to generate periodic vibration. Material enters the trough and, aided by the vibration of the bars, advances along the trough. The bar openings and drop between bar sections provide a screening effect, efficiently separating coarse materials. Fine materials and impurities are screened out through the lower screen or bar gap, ensuring material quality for subsequent processing.
The oil lubrication system for gears and bearings reduces friction and supports stable, long-term operation. The gimbal drive system provides a wide frequency adjustment range, enabling precise feeding speed control for various working conditions.
