Working Principle of Horizontal Ultra-micro Impact Mill
- The material enters into the crushing chamber through the bottom inlet, and is firstly dispersed by the hammer head on the rotor rotating at high speed.
- The scattered materials are scattered around the stator, into the rotor and stator composition of the crushing zone, resulting in strong impact and shear.
- In the rotor high-speed rotation of a large number of air vortex and centrifugal force under the dual role of the material in the air flow and equipment within the mutual collision, friction, shear, to achieve ultra-fine pulverization.
