  7. Multiple configuration options: Single-bar vertical, double-bar vertical, symmetrical balanced structures available to meet different working conditions.

The Working Principle of LPG Truck Unloading Compressor

This compressor operates on the principle of volumetric compression, mainly utilizing the reciprocating motion of the piston for gas suction, compression, and discharge:

1. Suction stage: The piston moves downward, lowering the pressure inside the cylinder, opening the inlet valve, and allowing liquefied gas to enter.
2. Compression stage: The piston moves upward, compressing the gas, which increases its pressure and temperature.
3. Exhaust stage: When the gas pressure reaches the exhaust setting, the exhaust valve opens and high-pressure gas is transported to the storage tank or pipeline system.
This process enables efficient delivery and recovery of liquefied gas, reduces gas loss, improves energy utilization, and ensures stable gas delivery.

Application Areas of LPG Truck Unloading Compressor

  1. LPG loading and unloading operations: Used for transferring gas between LPG tanker trucks and storage tanks to improve efficiency.
  2. Storage tank gas transfer: Performs gas transfer between storage tanks for optimized gas storage and management.
  3. Residual gas recovery: Collects residual gas in tanks and pipelines, reducing waste and improving economic efficiency.
  4. Industrial gas conveying: Suitable for gas transmission in petrochemical plants, gas supply stations, storage and distribution centers, and more.
  5. Cold chain and refrigeration industry: Used for compression and transportation of ammonia, Freon, and other gases, providing stable power for refrigeration systems.
  6. Energy industry: Suitable for natural gas stations and gas supply systems, ensuring reliable energy transportation.
