Working Principle of LVLP Spray Gun and LVMP Spray Gun

Based on the atomization process of airflow and paint, its core technology includes:

• LVMP (low air volume medium pressure): The use of lower air volume, while maintaining moderate air pressure, so that the paint can be fully atomized to achieve the effect of uniform spraying, suitable for the need for a higher transfer rate of the process requirements.
• LVLP (Low Volume Low Pressure): Utilizes a lower air pressure to reduce overspray while reducing paint consumption, suitable for spraying operations that require a high degree of paint smoothness.

Both of them provide air source through air compressor, the paint is sprayed out at high speed through the nozzle, and forms a fine and uniform atomized state under the action of air flow, which makes the spraying surface smooth and delicate.
