    The gun body is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, molded by 280 tons of large-scale die-casting machine to reduce air holes, enhance durability, and effectively prevent paint jumping, color difference and other spraying defects.
    CNC machining ensures the concentricity of the internal channels of the gun body, ensuring stable and even spraying airflow and improving paint adhesion.

    All adjusting knobs are processed by high-precision CNC equipment, rotating smoothly, technicians can accurately adjust the spraying width, airflow and paint output to meet different spraying needs.

The Working Principle of LVMP Spray Gun

Between HVLP and traditional high-pressure spray gun, it can still provide moderate spraying pressure under lower air volume, so as to achieve high efficiency atomization effect, improve the utilization rate of paint, and reduce the waste and pollution caused by overspray.

Spraying Process

  1. Air flow drives paint atomization: Compressed air enters the spray gun and meets the paint at the nozzle, atomizing the paint into fine particles under moderate air pressure.
  2. Precise control of spraying effect: LVMP spray gun adopts medium air pressure, so that the sprayed paint mist has smaller particle size, which improves the flatness of the paint surface, and also reduces the rebound and improves the utilization of the paint.
    The technician can adjust the spray width, airflow and paint output by adjusting the knob to control the thickness of the coating and make it evenly adhere to the surface of the object.
  3. Uniform coverage, forming a thick paint film: As the LVMP technology can provide a large amount of paint output at a lower air volume, the paint film is relatively thicker, which is suitable for application scenarios that require a thick coating layer, such as automotive refinishing, motorcycle spraying, and so on.
