Working Principle
- First stage compression: Air enters the low-pressure screw rotor, is compressed to intermediate pressure, and then cooled by a high-efficiency intercooler to minimize energy loss.
- Second stage compression: Air proceeds to the high-pressure screw rotor for further compression, reaching the set high-pressure range (1.8MPa~4.0MPa).
- Oil-air separation: The compressed air passes through a separation system to remove impurities and oil, delivering clean, stable air suitable for direct use by production equipment.
