metal magnetic pump which is self-priming suspended

The self-priming suspended metal magnetic pump has the advantages of leak-free design, high efficiency, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, etc., and can self-start without external exhaust to ensure the safe transfer of liquids.

Description

The self-priming metal magnetic pump is designed to ISO2858 standards and features fluid-contact components made from premium metals such as 304, 316, 316L stainless steel, titanium, and Hastelloy. Its intermediate coupling allows for easy maintenance—simply remove the coupling without needing to dismantle the pipeline or motor.

Performance

  • Flow rate: 1.8 to 400 m³/h
  • Head: 15 to 125 m
  • Maximum operating temperature: 400°C
  • Pressure: 1.6 MPa

Applications

  • Strong corrosive chemical media
  • Organic chemical media
  • Organic and inorganic mixed media
  • Used in chemical, food & beverage, petrochemical, power, and metallurgical industries

Key Features & Advantages

  • Self-priming design: Automatically expels air and draws in liquid at startup, eliminating the need for external exhaust or pre-fill. Ideal for poor suction conditions or high-altitude installation.
  • Suspended structure: Motor and drive are suspended outside the pump body, reducing weight and simplifying installation. Liquid is fully isolated from the drive system, preventing leakage.
  • Magnetic drive: Power is transmitted via magnetic coupling, eliminating mechanical seals and leakage risks. Perfect for toxic, volatile, or corrosive liquids.
  • Metal material: Built from stainless steel, Hastelloy, or titanium alloy for superior corrosion resistance, strength, and durability in harsh environments.
  • No water cooling tank needed: Suspended design eliminates the need for water cooling when conveying high-temperature media.
  • High efficiency: Integrates self-priming, suspended structure, and magnetic drive for reliable, leak-free, energy-efficient operation.

Common Material Selection

  • Stainless steel (304, 316): For most industrial liquids, offering corrosion resistance and strength.
  • Hastelloy: For highly corrosive liquids, resistant to strong acids and alkalis.
  • Titanium alloy: For extreme environments, handling high temperature and highly corrosive liquids.

Maintenance & Precautions

  • Regularly inspect magnetic drive system for proper function and magnet condition.
  • Monitor self-priming function to ensure air-free and impurity-free operation.
  • If equipped, check jacket fluid flow for proper temperature control.
  • Avoid prolonged pump idling to prevent damage.
