Working Principle of Multi Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher
Based on the motor driven drive shaft rotation, through the large and small bevel gears to transfer power to the eccentric sleeve, which in turn drives the dynamic cone for rotary motion. During the crushing process, the gap between the moving cone and the fixed cone is constantly changing, and the materials are continuously squeezed and impacted between the two conical crushing walls, so that they are crushed into the required particle size. The crushed material is discharged from the bottom of the crusher.
