Oil-free oxygen compressors utilize a water cooling system to maintain high efficiency under constant high loads. Oil-free oxygen compressors not only have a long service life, but also operate smoothly in a low-noise environment, making them ideal for medical applications that require a quiet environment.
Features of Oil Free Oxygen Compressor
- Oil-free operation: The entire compression system is designed to be completely oil-free, avoiding the danger of oil and oxygen contact and improving equipment safety and oxygen purity.
- Low noise operation: The compressor operates at less than 75dB, suitable for medical stations and other noise-sensitive environments, ensuring it does not disturb patients or staff.
- High-efficiency water cooling: Stainless steel water cooler ensures effective cooling under high load, extending the service life of key components.
- Four-stage compression system: Multi-stage compression increases efficiency; each stage is equipped with overpressure and over-temperature protection, ensuring the equipment always runs safely.
- Low-speed operation: The equipment runs at a low speed (typically 260–400 rpm), reducing wear and prolonging service life.
- Easy to operate and maintain: Simple structure and operation; after basic training, employees can operate efficiently. Maintenance costs are low and operation is stable.
Working Principle of Oil Free Oxygen Compressor
A four-stage compression system compresses low-pressure oxygen to the required high pressure. Each stage alternates intake and exhaust to gradually increase the pressure. The compressor does not use any oil for lubrication, relying entirely on self-lubricating materials to reduce friction and maintain oxygen purity and safety. Internal temperature sensors, pressure protection devices, and safety valves monitor operation; if abnormal temperatures or pressures are detected, the system alarms and stops automatically to prevent damage or accidents.
The water cooling system circulates water to remove heat generated during compression, preventing overheating and ensuring stable long-term operation.
Application Areas of Oil Free Oxygen Compressor
- Medical industry: Widely used in hospitals, clinics, and community medical stations for pure oxygen supply—especially suitable for small hospitals, remote areas, and islands. Provides continuous oxygen for patients and rapid cylinder filling in emergencies.
- Industry: Used for cutting, welding, and industrial cleaning in steel, chemical, electronics, and food processing industries. Supplies high-pressure, pure oxygen to meet production needs, especially where high oxygen demand and complex environments exist. Also supports high-altitude and special environments, ensuring residents or staff have enough oxygen supply.
- Scientific research and laboratories: Used in research institutes and labs where strict oxygen purity is required. Oil-free design prevents impurities that could affect experimental results.
- Emergency and disaster area rescue: Provides emergency oxygen support in disaster zones, quickly delivering rescue oxygen to affected people and alleviating health issues caused by oxygen deficiency.
