Working Principle of Oil-Free Piston Air Compressor

Through the reciprocating motion of the piston in the cylinder to complete the suction, compression and exhaust process:

1. Suction stage: The piston moves downward, negative pressure is formed inside the cylinder, and the outside air is sucked into the cylinder through the air inlet valve.
2. Compression stage: The piston moves upward, the gas is compressed, the pressure gradually rises.
3. Exhaust stage: When the gas pressure reaches the set value, the exhaust valve opens, the compressed air will be output to the storage tank or directly transported to the gas equipment.
4. Automatic adjustment: Built-in pressure sensor, when the pressure is lower than 3 Bar, the compressor starts automatically; when the pressure reaches 4 Bar, it stops working automatically to ensure constant air pressure supply.
