Principle of overflow ball mill:
The raw materials are fed into the cylinder of the mill through the feeder, and the materials collide with the steel balls in the cylinder, which are brought to a certain height by centrifugal force and then fall down freely, so as to grind the materials. The mill is divided into two bins, the first bin is used for coarse grinding, equipped with stepped liner or corrugated liner, the collision between the steel ball and the material produces a large number of grinding; after coarse grinding, the material enters into the second bin, which is further ground by the steel ball to form the fineness that meets the requirements.
