PAC PAM dry powder dosing device for water purification
PAC PAM dry powder dosing device is specially used to apply polymeric agents (such as polymerized aluminum chloride PAC and polyacrylamide PAM) in dry powder form to water treatment through solution preparation and dosing process.
Description
The main function of PAC PAM dry powder dosing device is to prepare stable and precise concentration of drug solution and automate the dosing to ensure the correct proportion of pharmaceuticals and water quality control.
It can not only improve the efficiency of water treatment and ensure the stability of water quality, but also effectively reduce manual intervention and operating costs, making it an indispensable equipment in the modern industrial water treatment system.
Process Principle
The polymer solution preparation process is graded step by step through multiple solution tanks to ensure sufficient reaction time and constant concentration in each solution tank. This avoids any unnecessary direct passage between the prefabricated solution tanks and the final solution tanks and ensures consistent quality and concentration of the solution.
Graded solution tanks: Pharmaceuticals are added to different solution tanks and dissolved in a sequential, step-by-step manner. Each solution tank guarantees a dissolution reaction time to avoid fluctuations in chemical concentration.
Liquid level monitoring: A liquid level meter is installed in the final solution tank to monitor changes in real time. When the level drops to “low level,” the motorized water inlet valve automatically opens to add water.
Dry Thrower Activation: A contact-type flow meter activates the dry thrower (dry powder dosing equipment) when water volume changes. The feeder adjusts powder amount according to water volume to keep concentration within the set range.
Stop cycle: Once the liquid level reaches “high level,” the process stops; the agitator continues operating to maintain uniform dissolution.
Note: Emulsion polymers dissolve faster than dry polymers, but complete “cooking” is recommended for optimal effect.
