pneumatic angled finish nailer for wooden fence connections
The pneumatic angled finish nailer is an efficient pneumatic tool designed for the woodworking, packaging and construction industries. It utilizes a high-pressure air stream to drive nails quickly into wood for a solid joint.
Compared with the traditional hammer, the pneumatic angled finish nailer can not only improve construction speed, but also ensure consistent nailing angles and enhance the strength of fixing.

Main Features of pneumatic angled finish nailer:
360° Rotating Exhaust Design:
Adjustable exhaust cap allows you to set the exhaust direction as needed, reducing the impact of dust and debris on the operator and improving working comfort.
Safety double-insurance striking device:
Double insurance system only allows triggering under correct operation, avoiding accidental firing and ensuring safety.
Knock type continuous firing switch:
Enables quick, continuous nail shooting for improved efficiency, suitable for large-scale operations.
Lightweight aluminum alloy shell:
Magnesium alloy die-cast body for both lightweight and high strength, reducing fatigue in prolonged use and enhancing tool durability.
Hard oxidized magazines:
Wear-resistant, hard oxidized magazine for smoother loading, longer service life, and reduced maintenance.
Top-loading nails:
Top-loading design makes replacing nails more convenient and boosts construction efficiency.
Applicable nails: 21° angle paper row nails:
Compatible with 21° angle paper collated nails for closely aligned, stable connections.
Working Principle of pneumatic angled finish nailer:
Based on pneumatic drive technology, using compressed air as the power source. When the trigger is pressed, high-pressure gas rapidly pushes the piston downward, driving the firing pin to shoot the nail into wood at high speed. The exhaust valve then releases excess gas, resets the piston, and the tool is ready for the next shot. This design delivers powerful, accurate nailing at the correct angle, ideal for timber jobs requiring solid joints.
Application areas of pneumatic angled finish nailer:
Wooden packaging industry:
Suitable for manufacturing large wooden packaging boxes and pallets, ensuring solid structure that withstands the demands of transportation.
Furniture manufacturing:
Provides efficient nailing during assembly for tightly fitting components, boosting product quality and durability.
Construction wood structure:
Ideal for fixing house wood structures such as wall panels and roof trusses, supplying strong connections and improving efficiency.
Wooden fence and fencing installation:
Enables quick erection of fences, ensuring robust connections that resist wind and rain, extending service life.
