  2. Solid and stable structure: The weight of the whole machine is 3kg, providing a solid construction that is not easy to shake during operation, ensuring accuracy and safety of nailing.
  3. Strong adaptability: Standard 6mm air tube interface design, easy to connect to various conventional air compression systems, flexible installation, and strong adaptability.
  4. Reasonable size, easy to manipulate: External dimensions of 95x267x318mm, ergonomic design for comfortable handling and reduced operator fatigue during long-term use.

The working principle of pneumatic concrete nailer

  1. Compressed air enters the concrete nailer body through the air tube.
  2. When the trigger is pulled, the internal valve opens, allowing gas to drive the piston to accelerate forward.
  3. The piston impacts the steel nail in the nail groove, shooting the nail out at high speed to penetrate the target material.
  4. After firing, the system exhausts through the vent, and the piston resets for the next operation.
  5. The whole process is rapid, supporting continuous operation and enhancing construction efficiency.

Application areas of pneumatic concrete nailer

  1. Building construction: Fastening connections between concrete walls and wooden bars, steel brackets, or templates; essential nailing tool for construction sites.
  2. Indoor and outdoor decoration: Firm nailing of door frames, window frames, siding, and flooring keels, suitable for connecting different substrates.
  3. Metal structure installation: Fast assembly and fixing between iron plates or thin metals (below 1mm) and other components, commonly used in steel workshops and machining industries.
  4. Furniture manufacturing and reinforcement: Provides stable support for firmly nailing metal pendants, fixing corner brackets, and other parts in furniture making or wooden structures.
