pneumatic framing nailer for wooden box manufacturing

The 360 degree rotating exhaust, double-insurance safety design, lightweight aluminum alloy shell, and knocking continuous function of the pneumatic framing nailer make it widely used in woodworking, construction and packaging industries.

Description

The pneumatic framing nailer can shoot nails into wood at an angle, making joints tighter and more stable. Compared with the traditional manual nailing method, the pneumatic framing nailer not only improves working efficiency but also ensures neatly arranged nails, reduces human error, and enhances construction quality.

Technical parameters of the pneumatic framing nailer:

  • Order No.: FN2890
  • Weight: 3.8kg
  • Size: 530x165x370mm
  • Number of nails: 80
  • Air pressure: 5 to 7.5kg/cm²

Main features of the pneumatic framing nailer:

  1. 360° Adjustable Exhaust Cap:
The exhaust port can be freely rotated so the operator can adjust the direction of the exhaust as needed, reducing the impact of dust and debris on the work and improving comfort.

  2. Double insurance firing device:
The double insurance mechanism ensures that the nailing function can only be triggered when specific conditions are met, improving safety and preventing accidental firing.
  3. Knocking continuous firing switch:
With a knocking continuous firing mode, just tap the work surface to shoot nails continuously, ideal for large-scale operations and improved construction speed.
  4. Aluminum alloy die-casting shell:
High-strength aluminum alloy body ensures durability while maintaining light weight to reduce operator fatigue.
  5. Hard oxidized magazines:
High-strength oxidation treatment provides smoother nail loading and greater wear resistance, extending tool life and reducing maintenance.
  6. Top nail loading method:
Convenient top-loading design improves efficiency and reduces downtime.
  7. Applies 28° paper row nails:
Specially designed for 28° angle paper collated nails to ensure strong connections and reduce the risk of wood cracking.

Working Principle of pneumatic framing nailer:

The pneumatic framing nailer is powered by compressed air. When triggered, airflow quickly enters the cylinder, pushing the piston downward at high speed and driving the firing pin to shoot the nail into the wood. The exhaust system then releases excess gas to reset the piston for the next shot. Thanks to the 28° angled nailing, the nail enters the material at an angle, improving joint stability and reducing the chance of wood splitting. The knockout burst design allows for continuous nailing without releasing the trigger, greatly increasing efficiency.

Application areas of the pneumatic framing nailer:

  1. Wooden box manufacturing: For making large boxes and pallets, quickly connects boards and frames, improving efficiency and ensuring strength during transport.
  2. Wooden furniture assembly: Quickly fixes wooden parts in furniture production, making furniture more solid and durable.
  3. Wooden house construction: Suitable for wooden frame house construction (roof supports, wall structures, etc.), providing reliable connections for stable buildings.
  4. Wood fence and fencing installation: Ideal for installing fences and guardrails, making nailing faster, more stable, and reducing construction time.
