Principle of Pulse Jet Baghouse Dust Collector

Dust-containing waste gas enters into the dust collector through the air inlet, and firstly encounters the inclined partition to divert the flow, and the coarse particles of dust fall into the dust hopper directly due to inertial settling to form the pre-collection of dust. The remaining fine dust goes up with the airflow and passes through the filter bag supported by metal skeleton. The dust is blocked and attached to the outer surface of the filter bag, and the clean gas after purification enters the clean gas room through the filter bag and is discharged through the air outlet.
When the accumulation of dust on the outer surface of the filter bag reaches a set amount, the differential pressure sensor sends out a signal and the control system starts the pulse valve, releasing the compressed air instantly, which is rapidly sprayed inside the filter bag through the blowing pipe, and the surface of the filter bag is briefly swollen and shakes violently, so that the adhering dust is dislodged to the ash hopper.
The design of off-line dust removal in separate chambers suspends the airflow in the chamber during the dust removal process, avoiding secondary dust raising and improving the overall dust removal effect and equipment stability.
