Raw material vertical roller mill has more energy saving, environmental protection and high efficiency compared with traditional ball mill, which is an important part of raw material grinding system in modern industry.
Working Principle of Raw Material Vertical Roller Mill
- Material Feeding and Distribution: The material enters the mill through the lower chute and is evenly distributed on the grinding disk. The material flows with the rotation of the grinding disk and enters into the grinding track.
- Material Crushing and Grading: The material is pressed and ground by the grinding rollers on the grinding disk, and under the action of centrifugal force, the fine powder moves to the outer edge of the grinding disk. By spraying hot air, the coarse particles will be brought back to the grinding track for regrinding, while the fine particles will enter the separator.
- Material Sorting and Regrinding: Fine particles enter the rotor through the static blades of the separator, while coarse particles are thrown back to the mill for regrinding by the rotor, which ensures the uniform fineness of the material.
- Fineness Adjustment: The fineness of the products of raw material vertical roller mill can be accurately controlled by adjusting the rotor speed, adjusting the position of the static blades and so on, to meet the needs of different product fineness.
Through the relative movement of the grinding roller and the grinding disk, efficient grinding is realized in a short time. The grinding rolls are connected to an electric motor through a speed reducer, which drives them to rotate and exert pressure. After the materials are subjected to the pressure of the grinding rollers on the grinding disk, they are pushed by centrifugal force and driven by the hot air flow to complete the crushing and sorting. The optimized separator design effectively separates fine and coarse particles for further processing. The reasonable layout of grinding rolls and discs, high-quality lining materials, and advanced classifying devices work together to enable the mill to operate efficiently under different production conditions, ensuring the fineness and uniformity of the product.
