Working Principle of Ring Hammer Crusher:

Adopting ring hammer impact rotor type design, when working, the material enters into the crushing chamber from the feeding port. Driven by the high-speed rotor, the ring hammer impacts the material violently, and the material is initially crushed under the action of the ring hammer. The crushed material obtains kinetic energy and impacts the crushing plate at high speed. After further crushing, the material is again sheared, squeezed and ground by the ring hammer, so that the material is fully crushed.
