SB type skeleton oil seal with single lip iron housing

Its main function is to prevent lubricating oil, liquid or grease from leaking out of the equipment, and at the same time to prevent external dust, dirt or moisture from entering the inside of the equipment.
It belongs to rotary oil seal, which is used for sealing in oiled and dust-free occasions, with a pressure resistance of 0.03MPa, 0.3kgf/m² or less. According to the different use of media, pressure and temperature, choose a different material. Common materials include NBR SB type skeleton oil seals, Viton SB type skeleton oil seals, Silicone Rubber SB type skeleton oil seals and so on. Mainly used in: power tool oil seals, motor oil seals, reducer oil seals, gear box oil seals, motor oil seals, industrial robot oil seals, wind power generation oil seals and other kinds of bearing seals.

1. Skeleton: made of metal material, usually iron shell, provides support and maintains the shape of the oil seal.
2. Seal lip: mainly made of elastic material, such as rubber, Viton, etc. It is tightly attached to the shaft or other rotating parts to ensure the sealing performance.
3. Spring: The built-in spring is usually made of stainless steel, which improves the sealing effect by applying appropriate pressure to make the sealing lip close to the shaft.
