Working Principle of Scraper Feeder

The motor drives the coupling and reducer, which in turn rotates the sprocket wheel shaft. The sprocket wheel engages with the chain pin and drives the scraper chain to make continuous linear motion. Scrapers installed on the chain push the material to the feed opening of the crusher. The chain is supported by supporting and carrier wheels, and the correct meshing of the chain and sprocket is ensured by adjusting the tensioning device, thus completing continuous material conveying. The feeding quantity can be precisely controlled by adjusting the chain movement speed.
