Description

The working principle of screw sand washer:
Spiral sand washer is mainly composed of tank body, spiral impeller shaft, transmission device and support structure. When working, the sand and gravel containing mud enter the tank body through the feeding port, and under the flushing of water and the stirring of the spiral blades, the sand and gravel rolls over in the water, rubs against each other and separates from the impurities. The mud and light impurities are discharged with the overflow, while the cleaned sand and gravel are pushed to the discharge end by the spiral blade to realize the dewatering discharge.
The equipment drives the reducer through the electric motor, which in turn drives the spiral spindle to rotate slowly, making the cleaning process stable and efficient. According to different washing requirements, the water level height and the pitch of the spiral blade can be adjusted to realize different degrees of washing and grading.
