Single-Arm Roof-Cutting and Pressure Relief Drill Rig for Coal Mines
The single-arm roof-cutting and pressure relief drill rig for coal mines is a high-efficiency drilling device specially developed for underground roadway roof cutting and pressure relief operations. Featuring a crawler chassis, the rig can move flexibly in narrow and complex tunnels. Its drill arm supports front and rear adjustments ranging from -25 degree to +25 degree, as well as 360 degree pitch rotation. Without moving the whole machine, the drill arm can be shifted 600mm forward and backward and 300mm left and right, greatly enhancing operational convenience and precision. This equipment is suitable for various coal seams and rock formations, meeting the requirements of roof cutting and pressure relief under different geological conditions.
Application Fields
This equipment is widely used for roof cutting and pressure relief drilling in underground coal mine roadways, especially for slotted blasting hole construction in 110 and N00 mining methods. It is also suitable for other engineering borehole operations and can be used in coal seams and rock formations with a rock firmness coefficient of f less than 14, meeting various engineering needs such as roof management, ground pressure control, and disaster prevention in coal mines.
