Working principle of single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher:
The working principle of single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is that the motor drives the drive shaft to rotate, which in turn drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate, and the rotation of the eccentric sleeve makes the moving cone do a rotary oscillation movement around the main shaft. This rotary motion causes the distance between the moving cone and the fixed cone to be close to and away from each other, which makes the materials repeatedly compressed, squeezed and impacted between the two, and thus gradually crushed.
- The role of the eccentric sleeve: the eccentric sleeve will convert the rotary motion of the motor into the swing of the cone, so that the materials in the crushing chamber are gradually crushed in the continuous extrusion and impact.
- The role of the hydraulic system: the hydraulic system is not only used to adjust the size of the discharge opening, but also plays a key role in overload protection, which can automatically adjust the equipment when it is subjected to abnormal pressure to avoid damage.
The crushed material is discharged through the discharge opening to complete the whole crushing process.
