Working Principle of Spring Cone Crusher

It mainly consists of frame, fixed cone assembly, moving cone assembly, spring mechanism, bowl-type shaft frame part, transmission system and auxiliary electrical system, thin oil lubrication system, hydraulic cavity clearing system and so on. When working, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the triangle belt, big belt wheel, transmission shaft, small bevel gear and big bevel gear. The rotation of the eccentric sleeve makes the axis of the crushing cone rotate and swing. A ring-shaped crushing cavity is formed between the moving cone and the fixed cone, in which the material is subject to multiple effects such as impact, extrusion, bending, etc. With the periodic proximity and distance between the crushing wall and the molar wall, the material is gradually crushed. After several times of extrusion, impact and bending, the material is crushed into the required size, and finally discharged through the discharge port.
