stationary air compressor for pneumatic nail gun and wrench
Piston stationary air compressor is a fixed installation air compression equipment, which utilizes the reciprocating motion of the piston in the cylinder to compress air and store it in the storage tank for industrial equipment and pneumatic tools.
Description
Stationary Air Compressor Overview
These air compressors are widely used in several industries, such as manufacturing, automotive repair, construction, etc., due to the advantages of their sturdy structure, high output air pressure, and low maintenance cost.
Features of Stationary Air Compressor
- High pressure output: piston compressor can provide high compression ratio, suitable for industrial equipment with high pressure demand.
- Sturdy and durable: metal structure, strong body, suitable for long-term continuous operation.
- Adaptable: can be applied to a variety of environments, including high temperature, high humidity, dusty working conditions.
- Simple maintenance: easy to replace parts, routine maintenance (such as replacing lubricating oil, cleaning filter element) can maintain good performance.
- Relatively low cost: compared with screw and centrifugal air compressors, piston air compressor initial investment is lower, maintenance costs are also more economical.
The Working Principle of Stationary Air Compressor
The core principle of piston stationary air compressor is to compress air to a higher pressure through the reciprocating movement of the piston in the cylinder. The working process can be divided into the following steps:
- Suction process: when the piston moves downward, the volume inside the cylinder increases, and the outside air enters the cylinder through the inlet valve.
- Compression process: the piston moves upward, the inlet valve is closed, the air in the cylinder is compressed, the temperature and pressure rise.
- Exhaust process: when the pressure reaches the set value, the exhaust valve opens, the compressed air is discharged into the storage tank for subsequent use.
- Recycling: The piston continuously reciprocates to provide compressed air.
According to the different number of compression stages, piston air compressors can be divided into single-stage compression (for low and medium pressure occasions) and multi-stage compression (for higher pressure requirements, such as industrial gas supply).
Application Areas of Stationary Air Compressor
- Manufacturing industry: used to drive pneumatic tools, automation equipment, spraying devices, etc.
- Automotive maintenance: to provide compressed air needed for tire inflation, pneumatic wrenches, painting equipment, etc.
- Construction industry: used to supply air for concrete spraying, pneumatic nail gun, power tools.
