Description
Its basic working principle is to utilize the motor to drive the impeller to rotate, generating centrifugal force to draw in and discharge the liquid and the solid particles in it from the pump body. The following is a detailed description of its working principle:

- Motor drive: submerged sludge pump adopts electric motor as the driving source, the motor is usually squirrel cage induction motor, which has high durability and reliability. The motor is driven by the power supply and rotates to drive the impeller in the pump body.
- Impeller rotation generates centrifugal force: the impeller in the pump body rotates under the drive of the motor. Through the rotation of the impeller, centrifugal force is generated inside the pump, attracting the liquid and the solid particles therein into the pump body.
- Liquid flow and solid particles through: centrifugal force will be the liquid and solid particles pushed to the pump’s drain. Under the wide flow channel and special impeller structure designed in the pump, solid particles can pass through easily to avoid the pump body being blocked.
- Liquid discharge: When the liquid flows through the impeller, the kinetic energy is converted into the flow rate of the liquid, and the liquid is discharged through the drainage pipe of the pump to complete the discharge of sewage or sludge.
- Seal protection: In order to ensure that the motor will not come into contact with the sewage, the submersible pump uses a highly efficient mechanical sealing system. It usually adopts double mechanical seal design, which can effectively prevent the liquid from entering the motor through the seals, and protect the long-term operation of the pump.
