TCN type high pressure oil seals is rotary oil seals
TCN type high-pressure oil seal is a kind of oil seal specially designed for high-pressure conditions. Its structure is characterized by the fact that the retainer is made into a one-piece type in order to reduce the deformation caused by the pressure, so as to ensure that it maintains good sealing performance under high-pressure environments.
TCN type high pressure oil seal, 0.3MPa-0.5Mpa, 3kgf/cm2, belongs to rotary oil seal, which is used for sealing in oil and pressure situation. In order to minimize the deformation caused by pressure, the retainer is made into a one-piece pressure-resistant oil seal, suitable for use under high pressure conditions. Common materials include NBR TCN type skeleton oil seals, Viton TCN type skeleton oil seals, and so on. They are also called pressure-resistant oil seals. This type of oil seal is suitable for use under high pressure conditions, and its pressure resistance is within 0.1Mpa, which is much higher than the pressure resistance of TCV and TBV seals, and the pressure resistance of TCV and TBV is below 0.5Mpa.
TCN type high pressure oil seals are usually made of high-quality rubber materials, which have excellent pressure resistance and sealing performance, and are able to work stably for a long time in harsh working environments. In addition, TCN type high pressure oil seals are designed with abrasion and aging resistance in mind to ensure their reliability and durability in a variety of industrial applications.
Due to its outstanding performance, TCN type high pressure oil seals are widely used in various industrial applications requiring high pressure sealing, such as hydraulic systems, construction machinery, injection molding machinery, etc., ensuring the normal operation and long-term stability of these equipments.
