telecommunication gasoline generator for base stations

In the communication base station, the generator is an important power source to ensure the stable operation of the equipment. Traditional gasoline generators are often faced with unstable voltage, waveform distortion and other problems, especially the rectifier module in the base station belongs to the nonlinear load, which will produce a large number of high harmonics, interfering with the normal work of the generator.

Description

In order to meet the strict requirements of base stations for power quality and stability, we have launched a gasoline generator specially designed for communication base stations. The unit effectively solves the shortcomings of traditional generators through a series of optimized designs, ensuring the continuous and stable output of power.

Features of the Telecommunication Gasoline Generator

  • Optimized for non-linear loads: The design of independent excitation system and brushless structure greatly reduces the voltage and frequency fluctuations, and is able to stably cope with the high requirements of power supply for communication base stations.
  • Anti-interference design: The addition of rotor damping bars and stator slanting grooves improves electromagnetic compatibility, significantly reduces waveform distortion and reduces the impact of high harmonics.
  • Twin-cylinder four-stroke engine: The engine has high efficiency power output, low emission, suitable for long time continuous operation, and can stably provide high quality power.
  • Large-capacity fuel tank: Equipped with a large-capacity metal fuel tank, long working time, reducing the trouble of frequent refueling and improving the working efficiency.
  • Lack of oil protection and overload protection: The equipment has a lack of oil automatic flameout function, to avoid damage to the engine due to lack of oil; at the same time, when the load is too heavy, the generator will automatically shut down to protect the safety of the equipment.
  • Convenient transportation and installation: Open frame thicker frame design, equipped with four mobile wheels, easy to carry in the field, suitable for a variety of harsh environments.

Working Principle of Telecommunication Gasoline Generator

This gasoline generator is adjusted to the load characteristics of the communication base station by optimizing the electromagnetic design. When the rectifier module of the base station is working, the power supply load shows a high degree of nonlinearity, and it is difficult for traditional generators to cope with such load characteristics, resulting in unstable voltage and frequency, and even waveform distortion. Our generator adopts an independent excitation system and is equipped with a brushless power generation structure, which significantly reduces the impact of nonlinear loads on the generator.
In order to further reduce waveform distortion and electromagnetic interference, the generator also adopts a damped motor design, with special designs on the rotor and stator, adding rotor damping strips and stator diagonal slots to reduce electromagnetic interference and stabilize the output waveform. In addition, the unit’s ability to carry unbalanced loads has been enhanced, effectively avoiding generator damage caused by loads that are out of phase.

Application Areas of Telecommunication Gasoline Generator

  • Communication base station: Specially designed to provide power support for communication base station, can work stably to ensure that the base station continues to operate under high demand load, especially suitable for environments with strict requirements on power quality.
  • Remote and remote areas: Due to its superior performance and convenient mobile design, it is suitable for providing power for communication equipment in areas without stable power grids.
  • Emergency backup power supply: In case of grid failure or temporary power interruption, it can be used as the backup power supply of base station to guarantee the normal operation of communication system.
  • Unattended communication sites: The generator is equipped with an automatic switching device, which is ideal for unattended communication sites and reduces the need for manual intervention.
