Description

Vane pumps with high pressure and low noise are based on the basic working principle of vane pumps. Inside the vane pump there is a set of free sliding vanes, which move along the groove between the rotor and the inner wall of the pump body. Oil pressure process: as the rotor continues to rotate, the vane pushes the oil flow to the outlet. Due to the good seal between the vanes and the inner wall of the pump body, the oil is discharged under high pressure.
This process ensures the efficient operation of the pump, and because of the smooth movement of the vanes, the oil flow is not prone to large pulsations, thus realizing the effect of low noise and low pulsations.
