Principle of operation:

The operating principle of the high-pressure, low-noise vane pump is based on the traditional vane pump structure. The pump consists of a rotor, vanes, pump body and oil. The friction and centrifugal force between the rotor and the vanes generate the suction and discharge of the liquid.
Suction process: The rotor drives the vane to rotate, resulting in a gradual increase in the volume of the pump chamber. Due to the centrifugal force of the rotor, the blades expand outward, thus forming a negative pressure and drawing in the oil.
Oil pressure process: As the rotor continues to rotate, the volume of the pump chamber gradually decreases, and the oil is pressed into the outlet port, forming a hydraulic output.
