VB type single lip oil seal for your machine without spring

Used to prevent lubricant, liquid or grease from leaking and to prevent external contaminants from entering the equipment. Common materials include: butyl rubber VB type skeleton oil seal, fluorine rubber VB type skeleton oil seal, silicone rubber VB type skeleton oil seal and so on.

1. Sealing lip: made of elastic material (such as rubber, Viton, etc.), the sealing lip is close to the shaft or other rotating parts to realize the sealing function. Single-lip design means that the seal has only one sealing lip, which is in direct contact with the working surface to form a sealing effect.
2. Skeleton: Generally made of metal material (e.g. steel or iron), it provides structural support to increase the strength and durability of the oil seal. The backbone helps the seal maintain its shape and prevents deformation during operation or installation.
3. Springless design: Unlike oil seals with springs, VB type oil seals do not have built-in springs. Sealing performance is entirely dependent on the elasticity and design of the seal lip. This design reduces cost and complexity, and also reduces the thickness of the seal.
