Working Principle of Vertical Ultra-micro Impact Mill

The material is fed into the crushing chamber evenly by the feeding system, such as spiral or vibrating feeder, under the action of high-speed rotating impact rotor, the material is subjected to strong impact, friction, shear and other composite effects, and it is crushed to micron level or even submicron level rapidly.

Subsequently, the crushed powder is brought into the upper part of the dynamic grading system, under the joint action of centrifugal force of the high-speed rotating grading impeller and airflow resistance, the coarse particles are thrown back to the crushing chamber to be crushed again, and the fine powder is taken out by airflow through the grading area to the collection system. The whole system is in a closed negative pressure state to ensure dust-free operation.

For flammable and explosive or easily oxidized materials, inert gas can be used as process gas to build a closed-loop system, which greatly improves safety and product stability.
