Description

Vibrating grizzly screen combines the screening efficiency of linear vibrating screen and the impact resistance of bar screen surface, suitable for processing large, high mud content, irregular shape or easy to stick material ores and stones.

  1. The screen surface adopts single-layer or double-layer high-strength alloy steel bar structure, the screen bar spacing can be flexibly adjusted according to the demand;
  2. Wide range of screening particle size, can effectively separate materials with particle size from 60mm to 250mm;

Working principle of vibrating grizzly screen:

Vibrating grizzly screen is mainly composed of screen body, bar screen surface, exciter, base and transmission system. The electric motor drives the biaxial exciter to rotate at high speed through the belt or coupling, and the eccentric block inside the exciter generates periodic centrifugal force, which prompts the screen body to generate reciprocating vibration in the linear direction. The material on the screen surface jumps forward under the joint action of gravity and vibration.

In the process of movement, the finer materials with smaller particles are screened out through the bar gap, while the large materials continue to be transported forward into the downstream crushing equipment. Through the screening process, it can realize the pre-grading of materials and impurity rejection, and greatly improve the operational efficiency of the subsequent crushing and grinding section.
